The S & B Custodial Consultants focusing on comprehensive
industry knowledge and experience utilizing best cleaning practices
will customize the cleaning processes to meet your specific needs,
your company culture and systems and your specific instructions
and/or redesign your cleaning program to make it the most effective
and efficient process.
CLEANING
PROGRAMS
Based
on your situation for in-house cleaning services, one of the
following cleaning systems may be appropriate: (1) Zone Cleaning,
(2) Team Cleaning and (3) Day Cleaning.
If the situation dictates, the following contract
cleaning system may be recommended: (1) Task and Frequency
or (2) Performance based contract may be designed and recommended.
In
addition to only in-house or cleaning contract systems, the
combination of these two systems may be required. Our consultants
have extensive experience in management of such systems, and
they will be able to successfully implement such a program.
CLEANING
SPACE INVENTORY
To
measure is to know. S & B Cleaning Consultants will conduct
a detailed inventory of all your cleaning spaces and configure
data to be downloaded into Custodial Software.
STANDARD
RATE DEVELOPMENT
Utilizing
industry standards as a base and when necessary your company
specific cleaning standards will developed. These standards
will be utilized to determine the time required to perform
each specific cleaning operation for all area types such offices,
labs, corridors, etc.
SOFTWARE
IMPLEMENTATION
If
custodial software is not available, the consultants will
evaluate the most appropriate software for your custodial
operation and recommend its installation. Our consultants
will download space inventory data and workloads will be determined
for each building or area.
It
also will determine time requirements for daily/routine or
periodic workloads and provide calculation for staffing needs.
WORK
SCHEDULING
Based
on decision which of the above cleaning systems will utilized
and with the aide of the appropriate software program, the
cleaning schedules are created allowing for down time, set
ups, clean ups, etc. These schedules are easy to read and
follow with minimal training.
TRAINING
PROGRAM
We
will act as your on-staff trainer within your housekeeping
organization to help overcome the usual resistance to a new
“quality culture”. To assure acceptance and success
of program installation. The S & B Custodial Consultants
will work very closely with the management and provide all
level training for supervisors, crew leaders and employees.
